Prizes are awarded to top-ranked players based on leaderboard standings at the end of each season. Prize amounts and eligibility criteria are announced prior to each season and are subject to change.
Any use of cheats, bots, scripts, exploits, or any form of gameplay manipulation is strictly prohibited. Blue Ember Interactive employs automated anti-cheat systems. Violators will be permanently banned and disqualified from prizes without notice or appeal.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each user may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional chances or prizes is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts.
Blue Ember Interactive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game, any prize competition, or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Blue Ember Interactive is not liable for any loss of data, connectivity issues, or missed prizes resulting from technical failures beyond our control. The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
